Thank you for visiting this website. I am an associate broker with the Annapolis office of Prudential Carruthers Realtors. If you are in the market to purchase a new home or sell your existing one, I would welcome the opportunity to serve you.
I have worked diligently to create this website as a user-friendly, informative resource that can help you independently begin the process of finding a new home or gather important information for selling your current residence. At some point, you may decide to enlist the services of a real estate professional. As making the right selection in this regard is a critical one, please allow me to introduce myself.
In addition to my expertise in real estate, I hold a law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and am licensed to practice law in the states of Maryland and California. Prior to my full-time career in real estate I worked as a corporate attorney in a law firm.
I am also a US Green Building Council LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Accredited Professional). And in 2006, I became Maryland's first “EcoBroker,” a designation issued by EcoBroker International through a program designed for residential real estate professionals concerned with natural resource conservation and pollution control through the promotion of energy efficiency and other "green" features in homes and buildings.
With this background, I believe I am able to represent real estate buyers and sellers with a level of sophistication and professionalism unmatched by most Realtors.

On a personal note, I grew up in southern California, went to college in the Boston area where I obtained a degree in economics, and then returned to the Los Angeles area for law school. Now on the east coast once again, I am a resident of Anne Arundel County, Maryland. I am married and we have two wonderful children (a boy and a girl), and an energetic little dog that is every bit a part of our family.
