Thank you for visiting this website. I am an Associate Broker with the Annapolis office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.    If you are in the market to purchase a new home or sell your existing one, I would welcome the opportunity to serve you.

 I have worked diligently to create this website as an informative, user-friendly resource that utilizes cutting-edge search technologies to help you independently begin the process of finding a new home or gather important information for selling your current residence.  At some point, you may decide to enlist the services of a real estate professional.  As making the right selection in this regard is a critical one, please allow me to introduce myself.

In addition to my expertise in real estate, I hold a law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and am licensed to practice law in the states of Maryland and California.  Prior to my full-time career in real estate brokerage, I worked as a corporate attorney in a law firm.  Immediately preceding my affiliation with Coldwell Banker, I gained six years of experience with commercial and residential sales as an Associate Broker with the Annapolis, Maryland office of Prudential Carruthers Realtors. 

In 2009, I became a US Green Building Council LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional, often referred to as 'LEED AP,' a credential that provides a standard for professionals with advanced knowledge related to the design and construction of high-performance commercial and residential buildings.  

With this background, I am able to represent real estate buyers and sellers with a level of sophistication and professionalism unmatched by most real estate brokers and agents.

On a personal note, I grew up in southern California, went to college in the Boston area where I obtained a degree in economics, and then returned to the Los Angeles area for law school.  Now on the east coast once again, I am a resident of Anne Arundel County, Maryland.  I am married and we have two wonderful children (a boy and a girl), and an energetic little dog that is every bit a part of our family.
